My heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the Great Guatemalan Adventure (2012-2017) such a meaningful, even transformative experience for our students—from Thierry and Maria at Lomas de Tzununa to Carlos and Manuel at Antigua Tours to the weavers of the Casa Flor Ixcaco women’s cooperative. A special thanks as well to the students, who brought an attitude of respect and openness to each event, and to Niagara University for consistently supporting this annual mind-body-spirit adventure.
